Terms of service

• You must be 21 or older. An adult 21 or over has to sign for every delivery.
• We sell hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, as federal law permits. State and local laws differ and change. We don't ship flower, gummies or sets to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, and it is your responsibility to know that these products are lawful where you live before you order.
• Products are for personal use, not for resale, unless you have a wholesale agreement with us.

You sign in with a link we email you or with a crypto wallet, so whoever controls that email or wallet controls the account. Keep them secure, give us accurate details, and tell us if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time before you order. Shipping is the carrier's live rate shown at checkout; tax is added where it applies.
• An order is accepted when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, the address can't be delivered to, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.
• One promotion code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes have no cash value and can be withdrawn.
• By paying you confirm the payment method is yours to use.

A subscription charges the card you saved and ships the same items at the interval you chose, at the subscriber price, until you pause or cancel it. You can do either any time in your account, up to the moment a renewal is charged. If a renewal can't be charged or shipped we'll tell you and try again; after repeated failures the subscription pauses.

See the shipping and returns & refunds pages, which are part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

• Cashback, referral and other rewards are credited in BUBO at the rate shown when they are earned. How much a given order earns, and what BUBO is worth against an order, depends on the market price of BUBO at that moment and will vary.
• Rewards are a loyalty benefit. We can change earning rates, tiers and rules, and we can reverse rewards that came from a cancelled or refunded order, a mistake, or abuse such as self-referral or fake reviews.
• BUBO is a digital token. Its price can fall as well as rise, transfers on a blockchain can't be undone, and you are responsible for any wallet you connect or send to. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice.
• Affiliates are paid under the affiliate program's own terms.

Reviews come from customers who bought the product and are checked before they appear. Keep them honest and about the product; don't include medical claims, anything unlawful or abusive, or other people's personal details. By posting you let us display, edit for length and reuse your review in connection with Budbo. We can decline or remove any review.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping that burdens it, no attempts to get around security or access other people's accounts, no interfering with how it works, no using it to break the law. The site's design, text, images and the Budbo name and marks belong to us or our licensors.

Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They can be intoxicating, may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery, and may cause a positive drug test. Don't use them if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Talk to a healthcare professional first if you have a medical condition or take medication. Keep them away from children and pets. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice.

We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To that same extent, Budbo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
