Strawberry Champagne is the name of several exotic strains, including a mysterious combination of Pink Champagne bred with a cross of Pina and Strawberry Goo. This is a sativa-leaning hybrid that stands apart with the unique addition of pineapple notes to its smoking palate. One popular variety from Riot Seeds has well-documented genetics: the maternal strain is a cross of Clockwork Orange and GSC, while the paternal strain is a combo of East Coast Sour Diesel and Strawberry Creme. Descriptions indicate a balanced hybrid with a relaxed high and a great showcase of more typically sativa characteristics, including boosts to mental, social, and creative energy. Another well-liked Strawberry Champagne variety is bred from a cross of Strawberry Cough and Champagne Kush. This option is harder to trace to a particular breeder, but has grown in popularity thanks to its potency. While some identify it as an indica-leaning hybrid, its ancestry suggests a more balanced hybrid similar to the Riot Seeds variety. Reports of a relaxed but energetic high also seem to support that theory.
