Blue Face

Bred by Seed Junky Genetics, Blue Face is a strong indica-dominant strain named for its colorway and lineage. The hybrid comes from a blue phenotype of Animals Mints crossed with the almighty Face Off OG. Popularized by Oakland-based Fig Farms, Blue Face can be found in legal markets around the country. At the 2023 Emerald Cup, Blue Face won first place in the Indoor Flower category and was awarded Best in Show. At the 2022 Emerald Cup, it took third place in the Indoor Flower category. Needless to say, Blue Face is a heavy-hitting hybrid that delivers. When it comes to flavor and aroma, Blue Face's notes include redwood tree bark and ginger with a hint of rubber and a chemical undertone. The flower is much more appealing than the smell, boasting vibrant green, blue, and purple nugs, thick orange pistils, and so many trichomes that it looks like it was caught in a snowstorm. If you're looking for an effective indica-dominant strain, take just one puff of Blue Face and you'll be calm, cool, and couch-locked in no time.
