I don't know anything about crypto. Is this for me?
Yes. If you can add to cart, you can earn BUBO. Your wallet is created with your account, rewards arrive on their own, and spending them is one tap at checkout.
How much do I actually earn?
5% of the order subtotal, 10% on your very first order, converted to BUBO at the live price when the order is placed. On a $120 order that's $6 in BUBO ($12 the first time). Silver, Gold and Platinum members also get 2.5%, 5% or 10% off the order itself.
How do I spend it?
At checkout, choose Pay with Budbo Rewards. Apply your whole balance or an amount: it comes off items first, then shipping. Whatever's left stays in your wallet.
Can I move BUBO out of Budbo?
Yes. In your account, link a wallet you control and request a withdrawal; withdrawals are reviewed and sent within a business day. You can also deposit BUBO from outside and it shows as spendable balance in about a minute.
Could my BUBO lose value?
Yes, like any traded asset its price moves. Your cashback is worth what BUBO trades for when you spend or sell it.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
The cashback that order earned is reversed, and any BUBO you spent on it goes back to your balance.
How do tiers work?
Tiers follow lifetime BUBO earned: cashback, check-ins, referrals, all of it. Cross 10,000 for Silver, 50,000 for Gold, 100,000 for Platinum, and the discount applies to every order from then on.
