Gummies
- Are Delta 9 gummies legal?
- Yes, at the federal level. Hemp-derived Delta 9 THC products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill when they contain no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight, which is 3 mg per gram of gummy. Some states add their own limits, and the federal definition changes in late 2026, so check our state guides before you order.
- How strong is a 20 mg Delta 9 gummy?
- Twenty milligrams is a full dose for a regular consumer and more than a first-timer needs. If you are new to edibles, start with a quarter gummy (5 mg), wait two hours, and only then take more.
- How long do Delta 9 gummies take to kick in?
- Most people feel an edible in 30 minutes to two hours, with the peak two to three hours after eating and effects lasting four to eight hours. Food in your stomach slows the onset; an empty stomach speeds it up.
- Will Delta 9 gummies show up on a drug test?
- Yes. Hemp-derived Delta 9 is the same THC molecule a drug test screens for. If you are tested for work, do not use them.

- Does THCA flower get you high?
- Raw THCA is not intoxicating. Heat converts it into Delta 9 THC, so once the flower is smoked or vaporized it behaves like any cannabis flower of the same potency.
- Is THCA flower legal?
- Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp is measured by Delta 9 THC content, and THCA flower tests under the 0.3% Delta 9 limit. A growing number of states now test total THC instead, which changes the answer there, and a federal change takes effect in late 2026. Check our state guides before ordering.
- What does the THCA percentage mean?
- It is the share of the flower's weight that is THCA. Multiply it by 0.877 for the most Delta 9 THC that could form when heated: a 28% THCA flower can yield up to about 24.5% THC.
- Will THCA flower show up on a drug test?
- Yes. Smoked THCA becomes THC and produces the same metabolites a test looks for.
- What sizes does Budbo sell?
